This service is very similar to the 3d Model- Basic, but far more detailed, allowing us to offer you more options for final product, with a variety of different finishes and looks. Along with the options available with the Basic version, The 3d Model-Advanced service we offer also includes: 

• More complex lighting/shadows
• The option to see different colors/materials, making it easier to envision what different finishes will look like on your structure when complete.
• Environment support objects, such as trees, people, cars, etc for exterior views; and/or furniture, furnishings, etc for interior views (custom objects are available at an extra charge)
• Fly-by's and walk thru's (this is the best service for this option)

 This service is a great tool for visualizing plans without the need for trying to understand blueprints, further supplemented by environmental objects which help to put things in perspective. It can be used as an option for marketing materials, publicity work, etc. These more complex computer drawings look good in both color and black/white, and include extra environmental objects that the 3d Model- Basic doesn’t have.
