This is the most basic service Concept Visual offers, and is simple but clean and can be very effective.

This type of service we start from plans supplied by you, and is generally supplemented by verbal or email communication during modeling process for verification of accuracy of plan.

This is an excellent tool for “seeing” project instead of trying to just visualize it from blueprints/plans. It can be good for conveying ideas to investors without spending too much money up front. It's also a great design tool for easily seeing modifications/changes to a particular design without committing to real life changes or completely re-drawing perspective renderings from scratch.

Final format options include:

• Still images, (pre-determined camera angles in given 3d scene)
• 3d model (movable and viewable by you using the free version of SketchUp [1]; full rotation, all angles available for viewing using this 3d model version). Also simple shadows can be used as part of this service.

No extra “support” objects or complex lighting. All grayscale line or simple color computer drawings (this service yields a very computer generated looking piece, but one that is still very clean, professional, and effective).
