The 3d Illustration service that we offer is similar to the hand drawn look of the original architectural 3d drawings (colored pencil/markers), with the added advantage of easy change of angles/views without having to start the drawing all over again.  The versitility that comes along with approaching an illustration digitally the way we do lends us the ability to offer you far greater options and flexibility as far as the change of angles/views, as well as the ability to view different colors/materials as options.  All of this ultimately saves the builder time and money in material choices and color decisions.These illustrations can be done inperspective or flat 2d ("elevations" type of drawing), usually done with some sort of indisguishable background to “ground” the drawing. The main advantage our technique has over the original hand drawn style is that if there’s changes to be made to plans or angle changes to the view of the drawing, there’s no need to start again from scratch. Beyond helping with visualizing of projects and making critical decisions, this service can also be used as a great selling tool for getting investor attention, marketing materials, and advertisements.
